Bakina kuhinja-komisbrot
Potrebno je:
4 jaja
100 gr šećera
150 gr smokava
100 gr suvog groždja
3 kašike brašna
100 gr oraha
1 limun
50 ml ulja
1/2 praška zapecivo
Priprema:
Jaja umutiti dobro sa šećerom mikserom, pa dodati brašno prašak za pecivo, smokve, suvo groždje orah seckan i seckane smokve, zatim koricu opranmog limuna i sok i ulje. Sve dobro promešati. Sipati u uzan pleh i peći na 200-180 stepeni C oko 40 min.
