Bakina kuhinja – makedonska pogača /Macedonian cake/

Potrebno je:
1 jogurt
3-4 jaja
1 šoljica ulja
200 gr brašna /može pola brašno pola griz/
200 gr sira
1 prašak za pecivo
malo soli


Priprema
U vanglicu sipajte brašno malo umućena jaja,jogurt sir, prašak za pecivo ulje i malo soli. Sve dobro izjednačite i sipajte u pleh ( 23 cm) i pecite u rerni 40 min. na 180 stepeni C
Servirati uz jogurt ili kiselo mleko. Prijatno!

It is necessary to:
1 yogurt

1 cup oil
200 g flour / can half flour half a bite /

1 baking powder
pinch of saltpreparation
