Bakina kuhinja – kapama sa blitvom

 


Potrebno je:
300 gr. blitve
začin, lovorov list
2 šargarepe
1 zelena paprika
 1 glavica crnog luka
1 kašila brašna
ulje
300 – 350 gr mesa (može malo i suvog)
300 gr krompira
peršunov list

Priprema
Na ulju propržiti sitno seckan luk, papriku i šargarepu, pa kad malo omekne dodati začin, alevu papriku i lorbrer, zatim dodati iseckan krompir, naliti vodom da ogrezne. 

Kuvati oko 20 min. pa ubaciti isečenu blitvu. i dodati još vode. Pustiti da se kuva dok ne omekne meso. Razmutiti u malo vode brašno pa dodat radi gustine. Na kraju seckan celerov list. kuvati još 2 -3 mi. i isključiti. Prtijatno iz bakina kuhinje

It’s necessary:
300 gr. Swiss chard
spice, bay leaf
2 carrots
1 green bell pepper
  1 onion
1 Kasia flour
oil
300-350 gr meat (can be a bit dry and)
300 gr potatoes
parsley
 
 
In oil fry finely chopped onions, peppers and carrots, but soften when they add a little spice, cayenne pepper and lorbrer, then add the sliced potatoes, pour water to ogrezne.
 
 
Cook for 20 min. then stir in sliced chard. and add more water. Let it cook until they soften meat. Stir in the flour, so little water added for density. At the end of chopped celery leaf. cook another 2 -3 me. and off.
