Bakina kuhinja – punjeni rolovani tost




Potrebno je:

Tost

kečap, 100 gr salame

100 gr. kačkavalja

2 jaja

prezle, brašno

ulje so


Priprema:

Jaja razlupati i posoliti. Svaki komad tosta oseći ivice namazati kečapom dodati dva lista kačkavalja i salame i uviti u  tj. urolovati. Zatim ga dobro uvaljati u brašno, pa u jaja i prezle a zatim pržiti da lepo porumeni sa svih strana. Vaditi na papirnu salvetu.. Služiti toplo. Ukus je savršen gurmanski.. Prijatno!

Grandma’s kitchen – filled rolled toast


It’s necessary:

toast

ketchup, salami 100 gr

100 gr. hard cheese

2 eggs

bread crumbs, flour

Preparation:
