Bakina kuhinja – kako spremiti dobar pilav kao prilog

Potrebno je:

kocka supe

2 šargarepe

začin, peršunov list biber

1 slatka zelena paprika

1 ljuta zelemna

100 gr. graška

200 gr pirinča

1 glavica crnog luka

1 maniji krompir

ulje



Priprema;

Sve povrće iseckati. Luk ispržiti na ulju pa     polako dodavati jedno po jedno seckano povrće i na kraju dodati pirinač  i naliti vodom  u koju ste prokuvali kocku supe . Kuvati na veoma tihoj vatri. Pred kraj dodati začin, biber i seckan peršun Ne sme se mešati već može samo lagano prodrmati. Kad tečnost ispari pilav je gotov. Servirati kao prilog uz neko meso. Ja sam ga servirala uz pohovana pileća krilca. Prijatno!

Grandma’s kitchen – how to save a good pilaf as a side dish

It’s necessary:

cube supe

2 carrots

seasoning, parsley pepper

1 sweet green pepper

1 angry zelemna

100 gr. peas

200 gr rice

1 onion

1 mania potatoes

oil



Preparation;

Chop all the vegetables. Fry the onion in the oil and slowly add one by one chopped vegetables and finally add the rice and pour the water in which you boiled soup cube. Cook over very low heat. Towards the end add spice, pepper and chopped parsley should not be mixed but can only shake lightly. When the liquid evaporates pilaf is ready. Serve as a side dish with meat. I’ve served with fried chicken wings. Pleasant!
